Terms of Service
Effective 22 August 2026
MilesCone helps you keep a record. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it never replaces your doctor, therapist or care team.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating a MilesCone account you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Refund Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
MilesCone is not medical advice
This is the most important thing on this page. MilesCone organises information that you enter. It does not interpret it.
- MilesCone does not diagnose any condition.
- It does not assess, score, grade or rank anyone, and does not compare a person against an average or a developmental norm.
- It does not recommend or adjust treatment, medication or dosage.
- It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated or approved as one by any regulator.
- It is not a monitoring or emergency service. Reminders are a convenience and may not arrive. Never rely on MilesCone to tell you that a dose is due.
Always consult a qualified professional about diagnosis, treatment or care. Never delay seeking advice because of something you did or did not see in MilesCone. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Checklists and milestone content are general descriptions to help you notice and record things. They are not a clinical assessment and not a schedule anyone is expected to meet.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per household. Do not share your login with people who should not see the records.
- Give an email address you actually use — it is how we confirm your account, help you back in, and warn you before a renewal.
The records you enter
Your records are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you enter. You give us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you and produce the reports you request.
Where you record information about another person, you confirm you are their parent, guardian or authorised carer, or that they have agreed to it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. MilesCone reproduces it faithfully; it cannot tell whether a dose or a date is right.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Record information about someone you have no right to record information about.
- Attempt to reach another household’s records, or probe, scan or test the security of the service.
- Use MilesCone to provide clinical services to clients or patients — it is built for a household, not a practice.
- Upload malicious code, or anything unlawful or abusive.
- Resell, sublicense or rent access to the service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your records.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free, and we intend to keep a free plan available.
- Paid plans are billed annually in advance in Philippine pesos, and renew automatically each year until cancelled.
- We email you seven days before each renewal with the date and the amount.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the term you already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy: 14 days, in full, no questions asked.
If we change our prices, existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal, and we will tell you before that renewal.
Availability
We work to keep MilesCone available and your records safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our providers and faults will happen.
Features described as coming are statements of intent, not promises. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your year.
Please keep your own copy of anything critical. Print or save a report of anything you would be badly affected by losing. This is sensible with any online service, including ours.
Ending your account
You can stop using MilesCone at any time and ask us to delete your account, which deletes the records in it. Export anything you want to keep first — deletion cannot be undone.
We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue MilesCone we will give you reasonable notice, a way to export everything, and a refund of any unused paid time.
Liability
MilesCone is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for any decision made about someone’s health or care on the basis of information held in MilesCone.
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here limits your rights under Philippine consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use MilesCone after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your year.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Please email support@milescone.salesonline.com before anything formal. Most things are quicker to sort out directly.
